Delete your account

Open TwoOne, go to Profile, then Privacy Center, then choose Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Email hello@garlicapps.com with the subject “Delete my TwoOne account” and the phone number linked to the account. For your security we may ask you to confirm you own that number before we delete the account. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

Your profile, photos, preferences, matches, interests, messages, name-reveal records, share links, blocks you created and your sign-in record are deleted or anonymised.

Safety reports made about an account, and records we must keep to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms or comply with the law, may be retained for a limited period, without your profile content. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Deleted accounts cannot be restored. You may create a new account at any time.
